Responsibilities Included:
- IT support relating to technical issues involving networks and related computing environments
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, Terminal Server, Small Business Server, and Exchange
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, hardware
- Engineer and implement system solutions for customers using technologies that meet their needs
- Strong project management skills
- Must have great communication skills, active listening, and customer care skills
- Ability to work in a team, multi-task, and adapt to changes
