We are currently looking for:

Service Desk Technicians

Professionals who can play an integral role in the future success of the company. Responsibilities Included:

  • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
  • Basic remote access solution implementation and support.
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
  • Communication with customers is required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impeding changes or agreed outages.
  • Improve customer service, perception and satisfaction.
  • Fast turnaround of customer requests.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Work with the service desk dispatcher to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer level support.

Network Consultant

Experienced Network Consultant who can play an integral role in the future success of the company. Responsibilities Included:

  • VoIP phone systems
  • Design, deploy and manage LANs, WANs, wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, Access Points, IPPBX and other hardware.
  • Document network designs, configurations and related procedures.
  • Maximize network availability and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting network problems, outages and scheduling upgrades.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.
  • Secure network system by establishing and enforcing global access control policies.
  • Provide on call support or site visit for the network in an outage situation. Be the resource to assist with troubleshooting of network related issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams, documentation and training material as needed.
  • Take part in day to day operational activities including occasional first level diagnostic support and upgrades.
  • Proactively monitor and document the health and performance of the customer’s network devices.
